[sdiy] Midi controller sends tons of random data

Hi,
I would like to ask some help as I got a Roland Axis-1 and without pressing anything it sends tons of midi(scrappy)data.
It seems it's scanning the keyboard and buttons ok but writes "err" in display when powered up.

Could it be a power issue or some caps went wrong... or the microcontroller / clock issue?
Any idea or troubleshooting steps are welcome...
I'm not so familiar with this digital stuffs :O(
