[sdiy] Moog 1125 sample and Hold

Yes, it is possible that we had contact before. And I've seen your post on
moogmusic.com.

As you might have seen I've cloned most filter types of the Moog Modulars
plus coupler. The sound is really amazing, better than other filter
implementations in my opinion.
I thought about building the JH FFB, but then decided to build a close clone
of the Moog 914 bank. So I followed the original OpAmp free circuit with
inductors, so the answer is yes, I built it with inductors.

A Minimoog clone is certainly a very interesting project, so congrats you
managed it. If I will finish my System 55 Clone some day I have an Arp 2600
on my wish list.

Cheers

Carsten

Hi Carsten, I think I may have spoken with you a few years ago? I have built
a faithful 904A and was toying with the idea of cloning very early 901
oscillators in euro format, still like the idea maybe a whole 3C in euro :)
I have the adapted layouts for the 904A and the oscillators but its a big
project and I'm up to my eyes in projects already. If anything I would like
to build an authentic high pass and coupler to go with my 904A but again big
projects I don't really need :)
My big success has been my minimoog.
On your 914 are those inductors or variable caps? I have a JH FFB I would
like to build with inductors.

Cheers

Keith
