[sdiy] Moog 1125 sample and Hold

Hi Carsten, many thanks for your comments.

I have most of the components in stock and I have a source for the SG3821 so parts are no problem. I do have a few sample and hold modules with varying functionality but I wanted to clone the 1125 faithfully to plug directly in to my cloned minimoog
