[sdiy] Moog 1125 sample and Hold

First question: Do you have the parts?

I've seen some very obsolete components in the schematics. If you don't have 
or can't get them, you have to replace them by actual components or 
components which can be obtained more easily. Then you have to redraw the 
layout anyway.

If it's just to get a sample and hold module, there are much easier to build 
circuits in the web, like http://www.analog-monster.de/suh_en.html or many 
others.

Has anyone got any hi res images of both sides of the PCB for this mini 
accessory
or is anyone prepared to take one apart to do this?
Never seen one for sale at a sensible price and I don't think it would be to 
hard to put one together.
