[sdiy] Simple Midi synth

I've got one of the Doepfer DIY synths. Nice features for a tiny
board; to add MIDI, the simplest/fastest/cheapest route I've seen is
to go with an ATMEGA (or Arduino) based MIDI to CV converter, like
