[sdiy] Z80 reset time

Looking at the Z80 CPU brain of a polysynth (they are in lots of old  
polysynths...) all have a ever so slightly delayed positive reset  
trigger.
On one OB-SX the reset comes fairly late after I turn the synth on,  
maybe like 2 seconds later. It is a very slowly rising voltage. That  
does seems quite slow.
Will the reset really work with that slow rising voltage, or does it  
need a sharper rising edge to reset?
