I'd check your local mains supply voltage coming out of the wall and 
check the setting of the tap changer on the transformer primary.  Your 
mains voltage might just be towards the top of its tolerance range, or 
the tap selector might incorrectly be set to 220V when the actual mains 
voltage is closer to 240V.  (Or 100V vs 117V in US!)

As Gordon said, it's probably fine.  The voltage regulators will just 
run a tad hotter.  But those are the things I'd investigate if I wanted 
to get to the bottom of it.
