Hi KD,

Well, I got a severance package , but to be honest, it is never enough for
the amount of my life that was focused on building DSP and ARM business.

At least, I have my health, (Cough, Cough..) and my sense of humor.

My wife thinks it is time for a change, but as to what, that has to be
thought out a bit more.

My skills are still mine and I hope to get a Web Page up soon and Paul
Maddox has kindly offered to assist here.

Let us see if old dogs can learn new tricks.

A bit of Bio..

1968 Worked with Harald Bode in Tonawanda New York on Vocoder conversions.

1969 Worked at Fender in Fullerton with Harold Rhodes on Preamp design for
Piano Senior year of High School.

1970 Enrolled at UCLA to Study Music Comp. And Electrical Eng.

1975 Worked in Upland with Harry Chamberlin on Keyboard Preamp for
Chamberlin Tape unit.

1976 Worked at Oberheim Elec. Santa Monica

1977 Grad. UCLA MFA - Music and BSEE UCLA

1979 - Started Shultz Sound Design

1980 - 1984 Worked with Dave Rossum & Scott Wedge on Audity, Modular Synths
and Emulator II, Drumulator, SP12 over several years.

1984-1985 - Worked at PPG Germany on Wave2.3. PRK, EVU, Realizer etc.

1985 moved back to USA and took job at Motorola Inc. mid year and migrated
to Freescale 2004 to Nov. 5th 2012.


Hope this gives you guys some ideas on where my time was spent and some day
I should write a book on all of the experiences and designs.
