Thanks to all who responded!
The Rigol DS1102E is tempting. Being sold by Saelig makes me feel better about buying a cheap scope. However the Owon SDS7102V scope is about the same money but with a bigger screen and 10X the memory depth.
Still thinking...

Subject: [sdiy] Scope recommendations
Hi,
I don't know if it was the election or just the fall weather, but my workhorse oscilloscope committed suicide today. Now I need a cheap replacement right way. I'
ll get a kick-butt scope later. Right now I just need to limp along.
I'm looking for a bench scope, 2 channnels, color lcd screen, 100-200MHz, usb for waveform capture. I don't want a scope that plugs into a laptop for a display. I don't have the room for that.
Any suggestions?
Thanks!
