Thanks for that link, Florian. I can't believe I hadn't come across that site before, especially as I've looked into Poly6 MIDI retrofits on several occasions. Just goes to show that Google isn't the internet.
About my only criticism of the KiwiSix replacement processor board would be that it doesn't add anything to the modulation LFO. The original board uses a pretty limited LM13700-based VCLFO. Some other replacement uP boards have used the processor to add the features a digital LFO gives you to the PolySix (more waveforms, noise, S&H, MIDI tempo sync, etc etc). Since the KiwiSix is upgradable via MIDI, I might write them an email and suggest it.
The JX3P stuff looks very good too, but I don't have one of those!
