On mine, the secondaries measure at 19.2 V loaded and 20.5 V
unloaded. Actually 20.1 and 21.4 V but it's a 220 V model and
mains voltage in France is now 230 V.
An MS-20 can power a few external modules (mine does) and remain
cool so the transformer must be generously sized. I bet you
would see 18 volts at rated load.
