Hmmm... the voltage is probably not much of an issue imho. There were many of these designs... some can
be found in applications notes from National Semiconductor and Linear Technology (look for Jim Williams as
author). I'm suspicious of this particular design as it uses the differential pair as the heater and sensor... and these the are the transistors with the best matching (they would all be good, but this pair is specified to match).
Other designs used different transistors and reserved the differential pair for the VCOs. There are better and worse
transistors to use for the heater and sensor, maybe someone on list knows more than me. Be sure to connect the substrate pin to a more negative voltage than any other point in the circuit, but watch out for the maximum voltage
rating on the chip (+/-15V is TOO much and you need to limit the applied voltage to less).

Do you think I could try that with 10V without any modification (as it is 9V for the Minisonic) ?
