[sdiy] Good chips for synth memory expansions..

In searching for 5V sram chips again....(some might recall I built a 
card years ago that winds up not working in MKS70 for some bizarre 
reason..however works just find in MKS30 which needs it worse anyway :-) 
) with a 128K SRAM chip that is a bit of a power hog in standby 
mode..Cypress chip I used...

Anyway finally decided to re-research it and found this Lyontek unit 
from Taiwan called LY621024.  Very nice spec it appears for this app.  
Now..if I can just figure where to BUY one!  I see the number in one ad 
on ebay but..40.25?  each? lol.  And it just says generic IC so maybe 
they have no idea what they have?  I wrote them.  Be swell to find a 
source on these or something with that 1uA standby current league. -Bob
