Yes, that broker thing is a real scam. They had to go to COD to collect
it. Used to be they would send you a bill.

They sent me a bill for $75 once. I ignored it and never heard a thing
about it.

No fees for USPS. Generally cheaper too. International Priority Mail has a
free insurance type thing that covers $50-75. Included at no charge. You
can also get paid insurance of course.
