Sifam has ones that have generic bodies and press on caps that are really
nice (you can get blank ones)

Speaking of knobs, I have found it difficult to locate knobs that have NO
indicator - the kind that you would put on a rotary encoder, for exampple.
Particularly 6mm ones, with a narrow body. (The kind that woud push onto an
Alps D shaft).
