We use these at work whenever we need a diode... (not necessarily this
brand)

Subject: [sdiy] Dual 914 diode in a SOT-23 package?
Hello,
I'm trying to source a dual 914 diode in a SOT-23 package.
I guess it'll be 2x diodes in series (Cathode to Anode). I know NXP, Diodes
Inc and Fairchild all do these parts but most sites only list them as 'small
signal' or 'switching' - so I'm not sure what parts might be suitable.
The diodes will be used mainly for op-amp input protection on a +/- 12V
supply.
I'd appreciate any suggestions of part numbers - or even details to compare
to the data sheet for the PMBD914 which is the single SOT-23 914 I'm
currently using.
Thanks.
