No, that's not really possible. The base-emitter junction of the pnp and
the npn would have to be one and the same diode (just reversed) for
matching, but for a useful bipolar transistor you want the emitter doping to
be much higher than the base. So you can make two types of transistors that
_really_ suck and have matched Vbe or two that work well (at least the npn),
but don't match. What they do have going is excellent thermal coupling. If
you can throw enough transistors at it, you could however use a handful of
matched npn and pnp to develop an offset voltage that precisely cancels the
mismatch.
