Hi Ingo/Dennis/List,
I used a supply 36 AWG magnet wire wound around a "shuttle" that I weave 
though the toroid hole.

With a little practice, it goes quickly - even the 5 Henry inductor.
I'll have to detail this better later when I am off work.
