No idea but I'll seize the occasion to encourage you to use
whatever it takes to make the output voltage stiff and well-
defined.
Gate outputs make good modulation sources for VCOs etc. It's
nice to be able to dial in a minor third and not have to redo it
after switching to another gate output or multing the gate to
another input. Which the usual 1 k resistor in series with the
op amp output prevents, BTW.
