Rowley Crossworks is a nice IDE. Supports a lot of different parts and 
programming pods (including their own). Last I checked they charge $150 
for a "Personal" license that only lets you do hobby / OSS work. For 
$1500 you get a commercial license that can be used for projects that 
you sell without divulging source.

I bought a Crossworks personal license years ago and used it for some 
hobby projects but couldn't justify the cost of the commercial license. 
These days I use a hand tuned GCC/make/editor environment for all my ARM 
work.
