[sdiy] Generating +5V gate signals from +3.3V logic

The op-amp is an easy way and may be the best.

You can also generate a small 5V supply (50-100mA) with a charge pump.

For TH parts I have used an ADM660 + LP2950 + 2 10uF capacitors.
For SMD an Onsemi CAT3200 + 2 10uF + 1uF capacitors.
