Hello

Silly add-on question to the center detent potentiometer request:

Is a mechanical center detent enough? I always thought that 
potentiometers with a center detent also have a "flat" center region, 
where the resistance does not change.
If the potentiometer should send a CV only, then an additional offset 
trimmer might solve this problem.
