Hi Aaron,

For Synclavier I or II ;)

Fortunately I have three kinds of boards :)

There are one types of FM Synclavier FM audio board for Synclavier I :

*** A FM synthesis set boards are composed of : NS1, NS2, NS3, NS4 and
(4) NS5
The output board is the NS5 and the 4 DACs are MC1408 (4 channel for
one board)
One audio rack accepts 1 set of FM Mono boards for total of 16FM voices

There are two types of FM Synclavier FM audio board for Synclavier II :

*** A FM Mono "original version" synthesis set boards are composed
of : SS1, SS2, SS3, SS4 and SS5
The output board is the SS5 and the 10 ( why not 8 ?) DACs are LM1408
(8 channel for one board)
One audio rack accepts 4 set of FM Mono boards for total of 32FM mono
voices

*** A FM Stereo synthesis set boards are composed of : SS1, SS2, SS3,
SS4, SBA (bus doubler) and 2x SS7
The output board is the SS7 and the 4 DACs are AD752 (and panning ?
DAC08) (4 channel for one board, 8 for the set)
One audio rack accepts 4 set of FM Mono boards for total of 32FM
stereo voices

Regards,

JB
