[sdiy] Beckman Industrial 9060 'scope woes - no luck finding service manual

It could be an input amp problem too. I've noticed messing with the
volt/div control can make it act up as well. But setting the input to
"GND" doesn't always produce a flat trace like it should. I think I'm
dealing with multiple problems that could be the result of gunk on the
controls. Using the Wavetek to troubleshoot it is way better than using
the built-in calibration source for sure. I wish my 2nd Wavetek Function
Generator worked to I could use it to sweep the other one. I may just
make a dedicated ramp generator to do just that since the Wavetek lacks
a ramp waveform.

I wish I hadn't scrapped my Heathkit 'scope when it stopped working.
Back then I wasn't into tube circuits. My RCA "TV 'scope" got flood
damage. You can't have too many 'scopes. Well, you should have two
functioning ones anyway.
