[sdiy] Kurzweil K2500xs random resets...when closed mostly?

I've been trying for days with this on the bench to get some kind of 
correlation.  I thought I touched something in the panel that set it 
off..then I was hearing some bit drop I thought when moving a connector 
but the audio out section.  But anyway ...this thing was consistently 
working for a day so I put it together thinking ok maybe..maybe I fixed 
some fuzzed connection'.

Wham..soon as I get the lid repositioned...it won't boot.  BLank 
screen.  Pull it apart.  with lid tilted up and it boots fine.  Works 
perfect. No way to foul it.

Andy Seitz said he had one that you had to loosen the screws that go 
into the aluminum divider behind the keys.... same kind of thing.  Has 
anyone solved this mystery???
