RC curve, a.k.a. expo, a.k.a. "constant time" glide is generally regarded as
having a constant glide time for any voltage step.
It doesn't. It has a constant "time constant".
The "time constant" is calculated as the time taken for the output to pass
between two arbitrary fractions of the input voltage step.
These points vary depending on the size of the voltage step you are gliding.
In practical terms, RC glide sounds an awful lot more constant time than
linear glide.
