[sdiy] looking for 3.5mm jack: panel + vertical pcb mount

Hey all,
I've gone through all of my catalogues and websites without any luck.
I'm looking for a 3.5mm jack that is through hole PCB mount and panel
mount, so that it can mount to a panel and PCB that are perpendicular.

I've seen them used on several eurorack modules, such as
