It's a Gottlieb System 80 power supply board. Could be from any
number of games.

The two most popular System 80 games are Haunted House and Black Hole.
HH and BH (and possibly a few other System 80 games used a sound board
that has a SC01 speech chip. Possibly hackable into a noise maker,
but It'd be pretty insane to do that. The chips are rare and not very
robust, so treat with care if you have one.
Curious to see the rest of the homebrew synth. If it has the
original transformer to go along with that power supply, it'd be one
HEAVY noise maker!
