[sdiy] Tip for ordering from CPC

Hi Neil,

I notice they have slightly rationalised their sales recently. Now the Farnell
catalogue only carries "Industrial" connectors. Phono/Jack/Din/XLR and
similar connectors are only sold in the CPC catalogue.
