With normal greylisting it resolves itself within an hour of the first
email with the source-destination-SNMPserver tripplet.
Graylisting is a hack, but it is a well-working hack which together with
SPAM filtering provides a fairly good damping of SPAM traffic.
If you do not tweak your graylisting to stupidity and do sane management
of your spam-filtering, you should not have a problem. If you do more
agressive measures, then it may blow up on you.
