[sdiy] CZ101 display upgrade

Thanks all for the replies. The OLEDs look great and fit the  
dimensions perfectly - only problem may be they pull 30mA of current  
compared to single figures for the backlit LCDs.
Travis, does your new display sit flush with the protective screen?  
Was there much customising?
