Not sure about their lead time, maybe they have an expedited shipping 
option.
Those SMT tempco's can be soldered straddling two pads on perf board, 
attach some leads and you are done (quite fond of the three holes per 
pad variety myself).

As an alternative, I think there's a manufacturer of precision tempco's 
in germany, or was it a distributor? Don't recall.
