Hi Barry,
For pre-cut panel blanks, I've ordered from OnlineMetals.com. Others
have mentioned MetalSupermarkets.com too.
I usually get the 0.63" or 0.125" 6061-T6 alloy aluminum plate - very
sturdy and easy to drill.
If I need - say a 1.75" W by 8.75" 1U MOTM sized panel - I put in 1.73"
by 8.73" to give a little wiggle room for adjacent panels.
0.63"

0.125"

I have ordered quite a few panels from them and have been happy with it.
