[sdiy] MIDI to CV interface standards..or not..?

No, there is not.

Most of the recent ones start with 0V on MIDI note 0. This makes the output
circuit buffer easy to do.

On my MIDI-CV I set Note 0 to -2.00V and the upper note 127 to +6.00V
