I use them too; they're great.

For euro panels, which are relatively thin, I would get a punch press.
Also, for labelling, I have been using Lazertran, printed on an old HP2100M
laserjet printer (it doesn't run too hot and melt the plastic, like most
modern ones do) straight from Front Panel Designer. I print the mirror
image (using the HP Universal Printer driver), apply the Lazertran
upsidedown and bake it on in the oven. It works pretty well, as long as you
preheat the printed Lazertran with a heat gun, squeegee the bubbles out from
underneath thoroughly, and heat the oven up very slowly from room
temperature.
