I like these:
http://www.mouser.com/Search/ProductDetail.aspx?R=161-7400-EXvirtualkey11180
000virtualkey161-7400-EX
They have a longer thread than the square ones so they can be used on a
thicker panel

Subject: [sdiy] Good 3.5mm minijacks
Everyone,
I'm starting to build up a system with Blacet/Frac as my core. Things are
coming along pretty good. I'm going to start working on some of my own
modules and some other boards soon. So I'm going to be in the market for
some 3.5 mm jacks. While I don't want to pay something outragous still I
rather buy something good and not have to replace them. So I'd like to find
out what type of 3.5 mm jacks people think are good?
Thanks much, good sound making to everyone in the new year.
Jay S.
