I'm really happy with the 3.5mm jacks I purchased from Nicholas / erthenvar.com
I think it was $30 for 100...?
Shipping was fast and cheap from the US to me here in Australia - Nicholas even refunded me a few bucks as shipping worked out cheaper than expected.

They have pins suitable for hand wiring or vertical PCB mounting. They seem to be the same as the ones used by Bubblesound and various other eurorack makers.
