Zero.  The bypass caps should be on the modules themselves.  If the backrun 
to the PSU is really long you might want to put an RF filter at the point of 
entry.  Twist or braid the backrun to the PSU.  Do not daisy chain multiple 
distribution boards and do not cross-connect them (that creates ground 
loops).
