Jung's 'IC Op-Amp Cookbook' (both issue 1 & 3 that I have) have a fairly
detailed circuit giving log10(I1/I2), which in issue 1 is claimed to give a
100dB range for the currents. Not much help if you were after online
resources, but I think maybe it shows not to give up...!?
