The THAT Corp ones are supposed to be very good, but there's no comparison on price. £6/unit for the THAT Corp NPN+PNP pair in SOIC format, versus £0.32/unit for the separate NPN/PNP pair in SOT26 that Crow mentioned. I know which ones I'd try first...
