[sdiy] PNP and NPN matched pairs / arrays?

   I like the DMMT5551 (NPN) and DMMT5401 (PNP) dual matched pairs 
(within 2% says the data sheet, but they are within 0.5mV Vbe 99% of the 
time). These are SOT26 and much easier to handle manually than the 
DMMT3904W/DMMT3906W SOT-363s.
