[sdiy] PNP and NPN matched pairs / arrays?

Hello,

I'm about to start looking into the world of matched transistor pairs or arrays of 4.

I'm working on a design that might benefit from matched versions of 2x NPN and 2x PNP pairs (4x NPN and 4x PNP total).

Ideally I'd like something that was available in DIL and SOT-23 (or similar) - but if I had to choose one over the other - SMT parts are my preference.

Does anyone have a favourite part or range they could suggest for me to have a look at?

FYI - I'm currently using 2N3904s and 2N3906s matched with my DMM - so I'm up for hearing about any parts that might be an improvement on that (excluding hand-matching pairs).
