I want to build a clone of the CLS222 that uses two TDA1022's. I
noticed that the power supply going to it was the -15v, so it made me
wonder how difficult it would be to substitute MN3007's, since I have a
number of those.
I also wondered if TC9154's or NTE7072's would really replace the
TDA1074A's. I actually have a TC9154 AND a TC9153. (The TC9153 seems
like an easier part to use in a circuit like this, but what do I know?)
Seems like some sort of LED/LDR circuit would work better, but the
circuit looks interesting as it is. I've been poring over the schematic
and it is really quite intriguing. I'm still figuring out how they get
the TDA1074 to do what it is supposed to do, which I assume is pan the
signals.
