Ok - interesting --

I am pretty sure now that these are 'just':
- on the powerline -> input through ferrite to top of cap through 
another ferrite to output
- on the groundline -> input through ferrite to bottom of cap then to output
The cap is just a 10u SMD - maybe 1210 size.

Interesting at $2 + a pop..
