Hi Terje,
I have a full collection of Elektor, so I've just dug out some details for
these PCB's.
9949-1 is part of a 3 board PCB set for the Luminant LED Audio Level meter
from the July/August 1978 edition. The -1 board was the audio processing
board. There was also a -2 board for the LED drivers and a -3 board for
holding the LED's.
82020 is for a Mini Organ from November 1981. This used an SAA1900 toy organ
chip, which are still available from a few sources (according to a quick
Google search), and a diode matrix keyboard to make a full organ relatively
simply.
I've not come across any definitive lists for the Elektor PCB numbers, but
you can normally look at the eps PCB service from an old magazine to get a
clue to find the right article.
If you come across any more oddments like this, feel free to give me a
shout.
Regards
Mike

Subject: [sdiy] Old Elektor PCB no#
Hi,
I have got two very old Elektor PCBs here, one EPS 82020 and one EPS
9949-1.
I have no idea what they are for. They look kind of similar to the
Elektor Formant modular synth series, so I guess this is something
from the 1977 - 1980 time period.
Where can I find info regarding old Elektor PCB numbers?
