I built the AVR scope into a module in my synth
http://modularsynthesis.com/modules/DJB-019/djb019.htm I show a 300 KHz
square wave image which is fairly decent.
I use it with a slow timebase to show an envelope generator output, or to
set a frequency (it's pretty decent at that). I would not want to use it
for troubleshooting simply because of the difficulty of the controls.
Besides using multiple channels, I'm always changing the timescale and
trigger, and pushing little buttons to do that is a pain. I do know someone
that does use this scope for troubleshooting though but they have more
patience than I. One of the software revisions enables cascading multiple
AVR scopes for multiple channels.

its not going to work.. But perhaps for synth use they do a "good enogh"
job? For tuning circuits, trimming waveshapes etc??
