usually +3500ppm. people have used more common +3300 and +3900 as well, check the archives
for more info. In particular, some have used an additional low drift NON compensated resistor (maybe 50ppm) in series
to trim the total tempco.

Subject: [sdiy] Moog Rogue Tempco
Hi all,
I'm trying to replicate the moog rogue VCO and was wondering what could be the ppm for the 100Ohm tempo …
The service manual only says : "100Ohm TC" … :-(
Any idea ?
