[sdiy] Benjolin filter issues

i believe that is by design: filter out is intended to be line level,
all the individual and cv outs are closer to 5v.  my builds are like
that too, i combed thru the postings at electromusic.com and found
confirmation from rob to that effect.

lovely box, played it again last nite in a trio, including a nice
benjolin/sax break.
