Thanks. Whilst I can't get these exact parts through Element14 (Mouser 
has a $60 freight charge to Australia for orders under $200, last time I 
checked,) I can get equivalents from NXP/Philips - and they are cheap, 
at $0.08 a pop.

I've already got the Diodes Inc parts on order, but think I'll start 
drawing up a list of proved/possible parts for this. Nostalgia is all 
very well, but eight cents is eight cents ;-)
