[sdiy] SSM2040 replacement

Just wanted to notify anyone who didn't know that Hearn/Morley is
selling a replacement for the SSM2040 quad VCF --

It's an odd size, and not directly pin-compatible;  but I wired up a
simple adapter socket & plugged one into a rev2 Prophet 5 -- the
customer couldn't tell the difference between the new one & the
originals.

Some differences might show up in other applications; but it's nice to
know there's a chip available for that 2040 sound.
